Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Framly (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use www.framly.pro (the “Service”). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your email address and an encrypted password.
- Usage data: the URLs you submit, mockups you generate, credit balance, and related activity.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive billing details and subscription status, but we never store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic logs used for security and to operate the Service.
2. How we use your data
- to provide and operate the Service (authentication, generating and hosting mockups);
- to process payments and manage subscriptions and credits;
- to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
- to communicate with you about your account or important service changes.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (security, improving the Service), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent (for example, non-essential cookies).
4. Processors and third parties
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Railway — application hosting.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Captured website data is retained only as long as needed to operate the Service and is then removed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@framly.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the Service. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
