Terms of Service

1. The Service

Framly lets you generate device mockup images (laptop, phone, tablet, and multi-device scenes) from a publicly accessible website URL that you provide. The Service captures the page you submit and composites it into a device frame.

2. Accounts

You must register with a valid email address and password to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. One account is allowed per email address.

3. Credits, plans and payments

Some features are free and some require credits. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits are provided through paid subscription plans billed via our payment processor, Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, credits do not expire while your account is active. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Credits are deducted only after a mockup is generated successfully. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and credit allocations may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• capture URLs you do not have the right to access, or private/internal addresses;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and the mockups you generate, including ensuring you have the rights to the underlying content.

5. Your content and mockups

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Framly a limited license to process, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, to capture a screenshot and generate and host your mockup). Mockups are public by default and accessible via a share link; you can make eligible mockups private. You are responsible for what you choose to share publicly.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Framly and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Captured website data is retained only as long as needed to operate the Service and is removed thereafter.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
